FlowLogix Data Center Airflow Management System

The FlowLogix system is an innovative combination of CFD modeling, airflow management and professional services to manage the airflow in your mission critical data center and distribute it to the heat load.

In all cases this is accomplished without the installation of any additional computer room air conditioners (CRACs).

STEP 1:

CFD ANALYSIS.
We will run a Computational Fluid Dynamics study on your data center. This analysis examines every aspect that affects the airflow within your data center.

STEP 2:

ELIMINATE LEAKAGE.
Anywhere between 100 to 600 CFM is leaked through a cable cut out opening, even openings with brush units installed. By properly sealing unmanaged openings, lost CFM is brought back to the sub floor, and is distributed through the perforated tiles.

STEP 3:

AIR BALANCERS.
Unlike our competitors, we've figured out a way to balance the sub floor air. By balancing the sub floor pressure, we are better able to manage the air and direct it to the heatload. The consistent yellow and orange represent even pressure through the sub floor.
