Onsite Health Check & Maintenance

Technology Connection will execute a full maintenance agreement on an annual basis for a given client's data center. This agreement requires Technology Connection to perform up to two CFD analyses per month for client for one year to ensure that all possible optimization achieved through the FlowLogix solution is still being maintained.

If Technology Connection finds that the optimization is not being maintained due to changes in the data center, these changes will be noted, modeled, and a solution will be recommended to client. It is client's responsibility to execute changes or contract Technology Connection to execute changes recommended by Technology Connection to optimize data center conditions.

Quarterly Health Checks

At the beginning of every quarter, Technology Connection will send a cooling specialist onsite to complete CFD gathering of information from client's data center. This gathering will be a thorough review of your data center's operating conditions including: CFD readings from perforated tiles or supply vents, floor layout of racks and equipment, and operating set points of CRAC units. After information has been gathered, the cooling specialist will return to Technology Connection with all gathered data and deliver to one of our CFD engineers. The CFD engineer will then run an analysis and report findings to the client's FlowLogix representative. Our FlowLogix representative will schedule a conference call with the client to discuss findings from quarterly health check, as well as provide any recommendations the client may need to rectify any issues found in data center revolving around cooling efficiency.
